You may reschedule your massage appointment ONE TIME ONLY; further rescheduling may result in forfeiting your voucher. 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an massage appointment.  If you are unable to provide 24 hours advance notice your voucher may be forfeited.
Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled massage, MPS therapy, or Personal Training appointment and does not provide 24 hours cancellation notice, will be considered a “no-show” and will no longer be able to book without prepaying for the service.

Appointment/Cancellation/Mask Policy 

It is understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage or body treatment session that might make the session a bad idea, including fever/cold/flu/sickness or Covid19 symptoms. When possible, please call to cancel 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee.  If you feel like you have Covid 19 symptoms DO NOT show up for your scheduled appointment. Please call to cancel and see a heathcare professional, your fee will be waived.

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. How late you arrive determines if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

To help the practitioners in the building coordinate appointments and comply with social distancing, we ask that you remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time.  Please do not show up early.  When you arrive you can call or text and you will be shown into your massage suite.  A mask is required on the premises and through the length of the session.  If you have one you can feel free to bring your own.  If you do not have one, a brand new surgical mask will be provided to you.  You will need to fill out a client intake form, and a covid waiver before the start of the session.
